Pure Population of Human iPSC Derived Neral Stem Cells (NSCs)
As part of our new HIP (Human Induced Pluripotent) program we are introducing iPSC derived NSCs for stem cell and CNS research. The NSCs are derived in consistent lots with confirmed normal karyotype. They were derived using a proprietary methodology and are predisposed to spontaneously differentiate into neurons. They also can be directed into astrocytes and oligodendrocytes.
NSCs are Nestin and Sox1 Positive
Multipotent - they can be differentiated into native neural types
